Gluten & Dairy Free Brownies!


What you will need :
Preheat your oven to 170 deg
bake for up to 30 minute                                                            

A baking tray

Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp Baking powder  
Four eggs
2x 1/3 cup Cocoa
1 tsp Vanilla Natural Extract
1 cup gluten free plain flour

Cocoa powder


Vanilla Natural Extract


Gluten free plain white 



First step:

If you have a mixer get it. If you do not a bowl and whisk with be OK. 



1.Pour two cups of sugar into your bowl 


2. Then add one cup of vegetable oil


Then mix them together


Should look like this


4. Add one tsp of vanilla Extract


5. crack four eggs into a bowl


6. mix it all together 


7.  Add a tsp baking powder into a different bowl 


8. Add 2x 1/3 cup of cocoa in to the same bowl as the baking powder in.


9. One cup of gluten free plain flour in to the bowl with the dry ingredients in.


10. Mix all dry ingredients together 


11. Add dry ingredients to the oil, sugar and eggs bowl 


12. Mix all together


13. get your non-stick parchment cut out in the shape you need to fit your baking tray, to line the base on the tray. 


14. Butter your baking paper


15. pour all ingredients into the lined baking tray


16.  bake for up to 30 minute 


17. The brownies should have a slight crust on the top but still be fudgy in the middle.
